Long before BEAU had a name, it started with two friends who shared a vision for doing things differently. Britt and Rachel believed patients deserved more than quick appointments and cookie-cutter treatment plans. They created BEAU Aesthetic & Wellness to be a place where expert care feels personal, genuine relationships come naturally, and every patient receives a customized experience designed around their goals.

Rachel Helmer is the co-founder of BEAU Aesthetics & Wellness, where science, artistry, and personalized care come together to help clients look and feel their very best. A Registered Nurse since 2014 and aesthetic injector since 2018, Rachel is Master Certified in dermal fillers and has trained with some of the nation's leading experts in aesthetic medicine.
Known for her natural, balanced approach, Rachel specializes in enhancing facial harmony with precision, safety, and an artistic eye. She is passionate about continuing education and staying at the forefront of the latest aesthetic techniques, ensuring every client receives exceptional care and beautiful, confidence-boosting results.
Before aesthetics, Rachel built her nursing foundation in Labor & Delivery and Surgical Nursing. She also holds a Marketing degree from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Montana.
When she's not in the treatment room, you'll find Rachel spending time with her family or cheering on her three sports-loving kids. She believes the best results don't change who you are—they simply help you feel like the most confident version of yourself.

Britt Posada, Co-Founder, DNP, NP-C
Britt Posada is the co-founder of BEAU Aesthetics & Wellness and a board-certified, doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping clients achieve vibrant, lasting wellness. Raised in Frenchtown, Montana, Britt earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 before building a diverse career in dialysis, infectious disease, chronic care management, and quality improvement across Colorado, Hawaii, and Montana.
Driven by a passion for preventative medicine and whole-body health, Britt earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Montana State University and became an Advanced BHRT Certified Provider through Worldlink Medical. She specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), thyroid optimization, and wellness-focused care, helping clients restore balance, prevent disease, and feel their absolute best.
Britt's approach is deeply personal. Having experienced Hashimoto's disease, PCOS, and postpartum depression herself, she understands firsthand the life-changing impact of hormone optimization and compassionate, individualized care. Her mission is to empower every client with evidence-based treatments, genuine support, and a personalized plan that helps them thrive—not just get by.

Hadlee Bleskin, BSN, RN
Born and raised in Montana, Hadlee is proud to serve the community she has always called home. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2022, she returned to Montana to begin her career at Billings Clinic, a Level I Trauma Center, where she gained nearly three years of experience as a certified emergency nurse.
Her background in emergency medicine has cultivated exceptional clinical expertise, critical thinking, and a patient-centered approach rooted in compassion and precision. Inspired by her own journey with acne, Hadlee discovered a passion for aesthetic medicine, where she combines evidence-based care with an artistic eye to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and renewed confidence.
Hadlee believes the most beautiful results are natural, personalized, and built on trust. She works collaboratively with her team to deliver elevated, customized treatments that support both skin health and overall wellness.
Outside the clinic, Hadlee enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and embracing Montana's outdoors through pickleball, fishing, snowboarding, water skiing, wake surfing, and horseback riding.

Kelsey Palmer, BS
A fifth-generation Montanan, Kelsey was born and raised in Great Falls before earning her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Montana. She and her husband now call Billings home, where they are raising their three active boys.
As Clinic Manager, Kelsey is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every patient. She believes outstanding care begins with genuine relationships, thoughtful communication, and making each person feel welcomed, valued, and confident from the moment they walk through the door. Growing up in a large Italian family, she developed a love for connecting with people and creating a sense of community—qualities that continue to shape her approach to leadership and patient care.
Outside of the clinic, Kelsey enjoys embracing Montana's outdoor lifestyle through hiking, fishing, mountain biking, skiing and spending time at the lake with her family. She also loves traveling, cheering on her boys at their sporting events, and creating adventures together. Living a healthy, balanced lifestyle is important to her, and she is proud to be part of a team dedicated to helping others look and feel their best.

Vicky Nelson
Vicky is a Wyoming native who now proudly calls Billings home. She has been a registered nurse since 2017 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming. Throughout her nursing career, she has gained experience in a variety of healthcare settings, allowing her to provide compassionate, well-rounded care to patients of all ages. She is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, further expanding her knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Vicky is passionate about helping people feel their best and believes that healthcare is most effective when built on trust, compassion, and genuine relationships. She enjoys partnering with her patients to understand their unique needs, educate them about their health, and create personalized care plans that support long-term wellness. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health.
Outside of the clinic, Vicky enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their 18-year-old daughter. Whether she's reading a good book, kayaking, hiking, golfing, or simply soaking up the outdoors, she values staying active and making the most of Montana's beautiful landscapes. Her love of family, community, and the outdoors reflects the same balanced, compassionate approach she brings to caring for her patients every day.

With nearly two decades of experience in medical aesthetics, Olivia brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, advanced skincare knowledge, and genuine passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. As both a Registered Nurse and Master Esthetician, she creates personalized treatment plans that combine science-backed solutions with thoughtful, results-driven care.
Olivia's journey into aesthetics began with her own experience navigating acne as a teenager. That passion led her to earn her Master Esthetician license from the Skin Science Institute of Laser & Aesthetics in Salt Lake City, where she turned a personal challenge into a lifelong career. She has since worked alongside leading dermatology and plastic surgery providers in Utah, Oregon, and California before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming.
Committed to lifelong learning, Olivia specializes in improving skin health by treating the root causes of skin concerns—not just the symptoms. She believes the best results come from a collaborative, whole-body approach to wellness, helping clients achieve beautiful skin from the inside out.
